A retainer or payment may be required to reserve a session date. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions will be handled at our discretion.

Failure to appear for a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the retainer or session fee.

9. Editing and Delivery

Final images are selected and edited by the photographer.

RAW files, unedited images, and full outtakes are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, season, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, copy website materials, interfere with website functionality, or use this website for unlawful purposes.
